Immerse yourself in a transformative retreat! This one-day wellness retreat is designed to create a space for rest, connection, and renewal in the midst of our busy lives. Many of us move through our days constantly giving our energy to work, family, and responsibilities, often leaving little time to pour back into ourselves. This retreat is an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the body, mind, and community in an intentional and supportive environment. The experience will be a four-hour immersive wellness gathering that blends movement, education, relaxation, and nourishment. Each offering has been thoughtfully curated to support participants in releasing stress, restoring balance, and learning practical tools that can be incorporated into everyday life. The retreat will begin with a gentle movement and yoga practice designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies through mindful breath and accessible movement. This session will focus on releasing tension, improving mobility, and creating a sense of grounding. The intention is not perfection in the poses, but rather awareness, presence, and honoring the body exactly as it is. Participants will also experience a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session led by a trained practitioner. Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that allows the body to enter a profound state of relaxation while the mind remains aware. This practice supports nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and deep mental and physical rest. The retreat will also feature a sound healing experience using therapeutic sound bowls. The vibrations from the instruments help calm the nervous system and create a meditative atmosphere that encourages emotional release and inner stillness. Many participants find sound healing to be one of the most soothing and transformative parts of a wellness experience. In addition to movement and relaxation practices, the retreat will include an educational session with an herbalist who specializes in women’s wellness and gut health. Participants will learn how plant-based remedies and nutrition can support digestive health, hormonal balance, and overall well-being. The goal of this session is to provide approachable, practical knowledge that participants can incorporate into their daily routines. To support nourishment and connection, refreshing healthy beverages and light snacks will also be available.
